The twins are 2 weeks old...

Asher
Avery

At 8:02 and 8:03 am, the twins were exactly 2 weeks old! The boys are doing well, growing, eating and sleeping as best they can. We've been having Fun Time, Sun Time in the backyard in the late afternoon, which the boys (and Claire and the pups) thoroughly enjoy.

It's amazing how many hands it takes to make things happen. Every person is either holding a baby, diapering a baby, folding a batch of clothes, walking a dog, etc. All this on top of little sleep...

This is what two weeks at TI paid for... : )

Big Belly!

In honor of my nephew Tradd, who proclaimed 2 years ago when I was pregnant with Claire, "Big belly!", this post is for him. : ) (And for all you other folk out there who have been wondering what I might look like at 36 wks with twins!)

D-day is near-- 6 days and counting! Or sooner depending on the twin's comfort level...

The pound puppies...

These two shots show their quirkiness and roles in life.

This is Carly, sitting with her bottom on the back of the couch, waiting for someone to let her out to chase down those naughty squirrels who raid our peach tree.

Then of course "Rodeo Reese" who let just about anything go...

Our new "baby"

No, don't excited, the twins are still baking... ; ) We did expand another part of our family though with a purchase of a minivan! Wow! Scott was a super-shopper and researcher and jumped on this great deal. He already has plans to take-over the Santa Fe and deck it out in Gator junk. I will happily adorn my new vehicle with beautiful FSU memorabilia... : )
