Getting ready for Baby Boy #4!

I officially hit the 3rd trimester mark on Monday-- you know what that means... Glucose test, 2-wk check-ups, and crunch time for the house! Right now, I have all of Baby Boy's nb-sized clothes in the dryer-- I love the sound of all those snaps swirling around in there!


Got to see my dr this morning and we went ahead and scheduled the c-section date for 7-9-12. It would be awesome if that date would work out... :)

The transformation of the old office into the twin's room is almost complete. Got all the beds set up, the dresser and cabinet moved in, was hoping to move clothes tonight, but I am whooped! Still have a ton of things to be done-- organizing, shifting, etc. (And with a friend's early birth of her baby, I feel even more compelled!)

Cloud dough

1 c baby oil
7 c flour


Soft flour to play with and mold. Or make tracks in. Or decorate with leaves. Or load it up onto the back of trucks. Or just toss it into the yard.

Bug boxes!

After many failed attempts to sit and make collection jars, C used the $ from her piggybank to purchase 3 for herself and brothers. We actually caught a butterfly!

Slip n Slide Time!

Already?? I know, I personally think the water is still a little too cold and the temperature isn't high enough, but for the past 2 days, the kiddos have been demanding slip n slide time in the backyard. Here are some fun shots.

Zoo Miami

We headed out to Zoo Miami one morning where we rented a large bike and pedaled thru the zoo. The kids loved hopping out and going into the "caves"/viewing area to see the animals. We also enjoyed the 2 splash areas they had there.

Memories: Be there! The Fair!

We flew into MIA for a few days this week and had a great time doing a multitude of things with family! The first stop was the Miami Dade County Youth Fair, something I hadn't been to since high school!!! WOW! Fresh off the plane, we took the entourage-- Auntie Meggie, Aunt T, Tradd, Julian, Gran, Mima, Bopa-- over there. My kiddos enjoyed their first experience of riding rides and being indulged with bags of cotton candy.
