Has it been more than half a year since we visited our beloved zoo? Horrors! It was a nice and misty day-- overcast for a super-crowded Memorial Day wknd. Unfortunately, Scott was working, but we explored and strolled through the park.

April, the guinea pig, died this morning. She was showered her with lots of love and affection every single day during her short six weeks with us. She is buried in the backyard among the day lilies.
