Arboretum in Winter

Since our move, and maybe it did coincide with the Bigs all  being in school, it has been harder and harder to get to the Arboretum. Immediately after school, I loaded up the car and headed out. It was a beautiful afternoon with temps in the mid-70s.

Game on!

And basketball season has started! Claire had a great start to her season scoring half the baskets in her team's path to victory. Asher and Avery made their debut in the second quarter with their new team, The Mavericks.

Turkey Trot

It's the day for Thanksgiving celebrations at school! The Big Kids are starting off with a Turkey Trot, in which they are supposed to dress like turkeys. Then Jude has his performance today at lunctime.

And on top of all the dress up...

Asher had "... the best day of his life", earning the Writing Award in 1st grade and having his artwork go onto the district level for the Reflections Art Competition. So proud of this guy!
