Waterfall fun

Ventured out to El Yunque National Forest this morning. Had to take the long way to the entrance since the south was closed due to an avalanche. We hit it right on time and enjoyed all the green and waterfalls. It was surprisingly cool.

The children are easily pleased. Scott and I enjoyed our dinner as well. Fresh seafood, sangria, and mufango. 

And away we go!

And another birthday in the books!

For Scott's 37th, we did a big ol' fiesta on Saturday-- taco bar, margaritas, sangrias, chips and every type of salsa known to man.On Monday we had 6 trees planted in various locations around the house. Then on Tuesday his actual day, I met him for lunch and baked a cheesecake for the family to enjoy.

Great learning experience for the twins-- Ash basked in glory this morning and Ave had the spotlight that night. So proud of the A-team!
